    How can I get my reward miles after purchasing an eligible Chubb travel insurance?

    After purchasing the eligible Cathay Chubb Premier Travel Cover or Cathay Rewards Annual Travel Cover through Cathay Pacific website with flight booking or the Chubb dedicated website , please submit your miles reward request via e-form within 21 days after the Chubb travel insurance is purchased. The e-form can be completed and submitted via the link provided in the policy email sent by Chubb, or you may also submit your request here.
