Customers travelling on Cathay Pacific flights departing from most airports can use digital boarding passes.
Please note that the following customers can use online check-in to check in and select their seat, but cannot receive a digital boarding pass:
- Customers who have purchased tickets with fares applicable for infants
- Unaccompanied minors who require special handling
- Customers travelling from the Greater Bay Area to Hong Kong International Airport by ferry or bus on a ticket purchased in conjunction with their flight ticket
- Customers departing from airports in India - Bengaluru (Bangalore) (BLR), Chennai (MAA), Delhi (DEL), Hyderabad (HYD), Mumbai (BOM) will be sent a digital boarding pass to facilitate their entry into the terminal. However, please note that Indian Immigration Authorities do not accept digital boarding passes for immigration clearance. All customers must obtain a paper boarding pass from the Cathay Pacific check-in counters at the airport before proceeding through immigration.
