For all tickets purchased through Cathay Pacific, date and flight changes can be made for an itinerary involving the same routes.*
For tickets purchased through a travel agent – please contact them directly to organise your change.

If you booked through Cathay Pacific – on our website, mobile app or through Customer Care – the fastest way to make changes to your booking is to log into Manage Booking. You can rebook your flights by clicking the “Rebook and refund” button.
Passengers under the same booking are required to change dates and/or flights together when changing flight bookings online.
If the itinerary involves connecting flights with other carriers, you’ll also be able to make changes to your booking.
If you booked a redemption ticket, you can change your travel date for a fee of USD25 or 4,000 Asia Miles through Manage Booking or USD40 or 6,000 Asia Miles through other channels prior to your original departure and ticket expiry date.*

If you purchased your ticket through a travel agent – please contact them directly to organise your cancellation. We are unable to process refunds for these bookings.
Partially used tickets that qualify for a refund will be credited back to the original payment credit card or bank account charged. *
If you booked a redemption ticket, you can cancel a completely unused ticket for a fee of USD120 or 17,000 Asia Miles by contacting Customer Care prior to your ticket expiry date. The Asia Miles balance used to claim the award will then be credited to your account. Airport taxes and fuel surcharges will be refunded to the original payment credit card within 4 to 6 weeks at the current prevailing rate of exchange.

While we are doing our best to process your refund quickly, the process may take longer than usual due to a large increase in refund requests as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. We apologise for any delays and thank you for your patience during this busy period.
* Please note the time required for the actual refund to reach your account will depend on individual banks and payment service providers. The above guidelines do not apply to special refunds involving service on other airlines.
If you purchased your ticket directly through Cathay Pacific and have submitted your refund requests through Manage Booking, the online refund form or Customer Care, you can log into Manage Booking to check your refund status for the past 90 days.
