
Led by our people, Cathay I Can Fly Youth Academy provides students with invaluable exposure to the aviation industry. It combines hands-on learning and networking with mentorship opportunities, instilling knowledge, responsibility and the confidence to chase sky-high ambitions.
Since its launch in 2003, more than 4,400 students have graduated from the academy, many of whom have gone on to pursue careers in the aviation industry.

Explore state-of-the-art aviation facilities, meet industry professionals, and learn about our complex operations, from aircraft engineering to passenger services and more.
Students develop a strong sense of social responsibility through integrated community service projects that support those in need.
At the end of the programme, outstanding participants are invited on an overseas trip to learn more about aviation and connect with diverse cultures.

We would like to know what makes you an ideal candidate for the Cathay I Can Fly Youth Academy. Please submit two short responses in English, each of no more than 150 words, addressing any two of the following: a) why you are applying, b) what you hope to learn from the programme, or c) your passion for aviation.
Share your relevant skills and experience from the past two years, encompassing leadership; volunteering and community service; science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics (STEAM); and environmental protection.
To be eligible for this programme, you must be nominated by your school. Your application will only be considered if an official representative from your school submits a completed school nomination form by the stated deadline.
