Additional payment information

The surcharge applies to certain payment options, including credit card, charge card, debit card, prepaid cards and selected wallet-type payment methods unless exception applies. The applicable payment options will be clearly indicated during the booking process..

The surcharge amount will be displayed clearly before you confirm your payment. It is calculated as a percentage of the total amount payable, which includes the fare, taxes, fuel surcharges, ancillary products (such as preferred seats and excess baggage), and service fees (such as cancellation or rebooking fees). Fees are capped at a maximum per transaction. For transaction purchased through a mix of miles and cash, the service fee will only be applied to the portion paid for by applicable payment options unless exception applies.

Payment fees:

The payment fee will be rounded up to the nearest 10 cents for each transaction.

Fees are capped at AUD120 per transaction for bookings departing from Australia or NZD70 for bookings departing from New Zealand.
