1. To earn Asia Miles for online purchases, members must enter their Cathay Pacific’s Cathay membership number in the “Remarks” section of TRAVELMAR’s official website, complete their TRAVELMAR membership registration via TRAVELMAR’s official LINE account @TRAVELMAR, and contact Customer Service to provide their order number and Cathay Pacific’s Cathay membership number. If the member does not enter their Cathay Pacific’s Cathay membership details in the “Remarks” section, the order cannot be re-registered or modified after it has been submitted.
2. In-store purchases to earn miles cannot be combined with other discounts (except for discounted items), subject to in-store announcements. Members must present their Cathay Pacific’s Cathay membership card when making their in-store purchase. Members can return to the counter to register for miles earning on the day of the invoice issuance, but claims cannot be processed after that day.
3. Asia Miles cannot be earned for cancelled orders.
4. Asia Miles will be credited to the member’s account within 6 weeks after each eligible transaction.
5. Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited and Beulife International Co., Limited reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
6. In case of any dispute, the decision of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited and Beulife International Co., Limited will be final.
