The Roof, Hotel Cozzi Zhongshan Kaohsiung’s restaurant on the 30th floor, offers daily breakfasts for hotel guests to enjoy a leisurely start to the day, and then turns into a steakhouse for lunch and dinner.

The executive chef is proud to present signature dry-aged steaks that have been expertly prepared in a cool and humidity-controlled aging room for 21 days. This precise aging process produces savoury and tender steaks that are sure to satisfy gourmets. Lunch and dinner also comes with a semi-buffet for a cornucopia of flavours.
