    Taikoo Li Qiantan

    1. After completing the redemption in the “前滩太古里” WeChat Mini Program – Points Mall, please visit the concierge at Stone Zone, B1 level of Taikoo Li Qiantan. Present your e-voucher and provide your Cathay membership account information for mileage crediting (if you are not yet a Cathay member, please register first). 
    1. Asia Miles e-vouchers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
    2. Once Asia Miles have been successfully credited, points refund, or changes are not permitted.
    3. Asia Miles will be credited to the member’s account within 7-10 business days after redemption and registration at the Taikoo Li Qiantan concierge.
    4. If the Cathay membership information provided is incorrect and results in a failed credit, the member will bear the loss.
