Redemption Process: Obtain the Asia Miles redemption code from Edenred’s designated page → Log in to your Cathay Pacific's Cathay membership account and follow the instructions to redeem the miles → After completion, check the record under “Recent Activity.”
Redemption terms and condition is subjected to the announcements of Edenred’s designated page.
After the redemption code is used, the status of the e-voucher will be updated within three weeks after redemption.
Please note the validity period of the redemption code. If the code expires and becomes unusable, no refund or exchange can be provided.
Please check the Recent Activity in your Cathay Pacific's Cathay membership account to confirm that the miles have been successfully credited.
