    • Klook China account users are eligible to earn mileage.
    • Klook China account users refer to natural person users who register/log in through Klook's China platforms (klook.cn, the China App, or WeChat Mini Program), are primarily identified by a Chinese mobile phone number or a China-based third-party account, and use CNY as their settlement currency. Tourists are not included in this definition.
    • Klook international account users are not eligible for this mileage reward activity. If the login page indicates that the user has an international account, it is recommended that the user switch to registering as a Klook China account user by using a new mobile phone number or alternative login method.

     

    1. Please click the designated Klook Cathay Pacific web page and complete your purchase in CNY – your purchase is eligible for Asia Miles earning after you have completed the trip or experience. (Asia Miles earning is not applicable to non-CNY transactions.)
    2. Enter your valid Asia Miles by Cathay Pacific's Cathay membership number at checkout and complete your payment in order to earn Asia Miles.

    6. Asia Miles will be credited to your account within 12 to 15 weeks of each completed trip or experience (the period includes the Klook global cooling off period and the Changes & Refunds policy). You will not able to earn Asia Miles for any canceled booking.
    7. In case of any dispute, the decision of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and Klook will be final.
    1. From 15 April 2026 (00:00) and 31 May 2026 (23:59) (GMT+8), Cathay member must successfully complete payment through designated webpage (https://s.klook.cn/vw7qJ98ZE1/)  for selected eligible products on the platform (including theme park tickets, hotel accommodations, activities and day tours, and local transportation services) in order to participate in this mileage reward promotion.
    2. Eligible transactions will receive the Extra Asia Miles bonus, which will be credited within approximately 12 weeks after payment completion. This means that for every RMB20 of eligible spending, Cathay members can earn a total of 6 miles (including 2 base miles and 4 bonus miles). Refunded or cancelled transactions are not eligible for mileage rewards.
    3. Do not use incognito mode, clear cookies or change browsers while on the designated Asia Miles by Cathay Pacific web page. 
    4. Enter your valid Asia Miles by Cathay Pacific's Cathay membership number at checkout and complete your payment in order to earn Asia Miles.
    5. Requests for missing miles must be submitted within 180 days of the booking completion date.
    6. To claim missing miles, members must provide the Klook booking confirmation. Retain all documents until miles are credited to your Cathay account.
