    The Cathay Members’ Choice Awards spotlight the very best places to eat, shop, stay and play in Hong Kong, Asia and beyond. From incredible hotels to once-in-a-lifetime adventures, memorable meals to must-visit spas, our annual awards celebrate the most unforgettable experiences the world has to offer. 

    Our panel of global travel and lifestyle authorities have drawn upon their experience and expertise to select nominees in 20 categories across five pillars: Dining, Lifestyle, Hotels, Hong Kong’s Best and World’s Best. As a Cathay member, you’re a tastemaker who knows what sets the best apart. It’s now up to you, our 12 million-strong global community of Cathay members, to vote for your favourites. 

    Voting is now open until 11:59pm (HKT) Sunday, 15 June

    Our members are a global community of travellers, explorers and adventurers. Voting in the Awards is open to our entire membership network.

    What are the Cathay Members’ Choice Awards?

    These accolades are awarded to the best of the best in Asian and global travel and lifestyle.

    How are the nominees selected?

    We’ve assembled a panel of industry experts, journalists, editors and Cathay Diamond members to create a shortlist of nominees in each category. Our panellists travel all the time – they know what great looks like. 

    How are the winners selected?

    The shortlist of nominees goes to a vote which is open to all Cathay members. Not a member yet? Sign up for your chance to be heard.

    When can I vote?

    Voting will open at 10am (HKT) on 26 May, 2025. Check back on this page to cast your vote, and you’ll also be hearing from us closer to the date. Voting closes at 11:59 (HKT) on 15 June, 2025. 

    When will I find out the winners?

    The winners of the Cathay Members’ Choice Awards will be announced in August, 2025 on this page, by email and in Cathay magazine. Check back then to find out who has come out on top.
