Your mid-status benefits will be automatically added to your account for you to claim. You can view your earned benefits at any time when you log into your account.
Any unused mid-status benefits of Silver, Gold and Diamond members that expire between 1 December 2023 and 31 March 2024 will be extended to 31 December 2024. The mid-status benefits will be renewed within one month upon expiration.
