Try your luck with Upgrade Bid for a chance to upgrade at a price that works for you. Simply tell us how much you’re willing to pay for an upgrade by making a bid. Upgrade Bid is by invitation or based on fare eligibility.

Change your ticket

Bookable upgrades

Exclusive to Cathay Diamond and Gold members. Our Diamond and Gold members can earn bookable upgrades when they reach a certain number of Status Points as part of their mid-status benefits. These upgrades can be booked in advance – and the number of Status Points and Asia Miles earned will be based on the upgraded cabin class.
