Why can't I see my flights for check-in?

The following are some likely reasons:

  • You are not holding e-Ticket.
  • If you have just purchased a ticket online at cathaypacific.com, you need to wait for approximately 30 minutes before your latest booking is activated within our Online Check-In system. Please try again later.
  • You have no flights departing within 24 hours.  As a Cathay member, enjoy priority online check-in up to 48 hours in advance.
