Takano Ramen
Originally run by a husband-and-wife team in Tokyo with an award-winning reputation of over 15 years, Takano has deep-rooted Japanese authenticity. Using Takano’s classic recipes with everything made on the premises and without preservatives, Takano Hong Kong produces highly crafted shoya ramen rarely found outside of Japan. Perfection comes from the blend of Chinese-style buckwheat ramen (made with four kinds of Japanese specialist flour), clear yet full-flavoured broth (made daily with fresh local chicken and niboshi slow-boiled for over five hours) and toppings.
Aside from the showstopping shoya ramen, the menu includes Takano Dan Dan Ramen to Aguni Island Salt Ramen to Chasu and Duck Tsukemen – each bowl is a labour of love.
