    Winner: T’ang Court

For classic Cantonese fine dining, T’ang Court is in a league of its own. Elegantly dressed in deep red and gold, The Langham Hong Kong’s three-Michelin-starred restaurant, which narrowly beat Richard Ekkebus’s Amber at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, is the go-to for making a lasting impression. Its signature tasting menu – featuring stuffed crab shell, stir-fried lobster, imperial bird’s nest and Yoshihama abalone – is a perfect showcase of both the chefs’ prowess and the freshness of the ingredients.

“T’ang Court is Cantonese fine dining at its most exquisite.”  - Simon Wilson
