Burger meal from N+ BURGER in Hong Kong, featuring a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, red onion and bacon in a bun marked with the letter “N”. French fries, a dipping sauce and a canned beverage are served on a tray beside the burger.

N+ BURGER

A homegrown brand committed to making the perfect burger, this restaurant chain is the first in Hong Kong to source beef from its own pastures. Its neatly assembled burgers showcase premium halal Angus beef patties free from hormone growth promotants – from the N+ Classic layered with tomato, pickles, cheese and lettuce in a sourdough bun to its shimeji-topped variant. Those who don’t eat beef can order a fried chicken burger or one made with Impossible meat and smashed avocado, which are equally appealing alternatives.

Racines

Founded by chef Romain Dupeyre and named after the French for “roots”, Racines celebrates traditional techniques and ingredient-led cooking. Executive chef and partner Leung Chun-wah brings a Cantonese touch to the restaurant’s French foundations, resulting in a contemporary, terroir-driven experience. Signature dishes include the choucroute bao, filled with braised savoy cabbage and smoked pork belly, and the slow-poached abalone with chicken ragout.
