Isono Suisan’s menu focuses on seasonal freshness, with direct air-freighted deliveries of Japanese seafood, including crab, lobster and tuna. Dishes include sashimi, sushi, hamayaki and more – all prepared in different ways to accentuate the natural flavours of the various seafood.
