How do I claim missing flight Status Points and/or Asia Miles?
Status Points or Asia Miles may not have been credited to your account if you didn't provide your Cathay membership number during booking and check-in. To claim missing air mileage, log on to your account at www.cathaypacific.com. Visit "Miles & Points" under " Your Account"," Manage your miles” and “Claim missing Status Points and/or Asia Miles (Flights)” to complete a Missing Mileage Request Form online.
Just make sure you do so after 7 days, but within 6 months of the travel date. If your claim is successful, the Miles you should have earned will be credited into your account within 6 to 8 weeks. Please note that new members can only claim missing Miles for flights taken within 30 days prior to their enrolment date.
