Bino N’ Booze is the newest hotpot eatery to join Sham Shui Po’s bustling food scene, with a hearty menu that pays homage to traditional Hong Kong flavours with a creative twist. Diners can enjoy a choice of four alcohol-infused signature soup bases featuring red wine, beer, sale or Hua Diao wine.

Other one-of-a-kind items include a range of speciality hand-wrapped dumplings with unique flavour combinations, two hand-made seafood balls, and fresh hand-cut steer meats prepared daily.
