    1. Members must enter their Cathay Pacific's Cathay membership number in the order remarks section to earn Asia Miles. If the Cathay Pacific's Cathay membership number is not entered during the order process, miles cannot be earned or modified after the order is submitted.
    2. Miles earned are calculated based on the final actual transaction amount.
    3. If an order is canceled, miles for that purchase will not be awarded.
    4. Miles will be credited to the member's account within 14 working days after the transaction is successful.

    Physical store

    1. Members must present their Cathay Pacific's Cathay membership card at the time of payment when purchasing at the store. Asia Miles cannot be issued afterwards.
    2. Unless otherwise specified, mileage credits will be earned on final total spending.
    3. Miles will be credited to the member’s account within 14 working days after each eligible transaction.
    4. Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited and SACA reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. 
    5. In case of any dispute, the decision of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited and SACA will be final.
