1. The conversion process has a minimum amount. Please note the validity period of the redemption code; if it expires, the code will become invalid and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
2. Please ensure that after entering the Asia Miles redemption code, the miles have successfully been credited to your account. All transactions are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged.
3. Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited and Poya International Co., Ltd. reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. 
4. In case of any dispute, the decision of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited and Poya International Co., Ltd. will be final.

1. The promotion period is from 1 July to 15 August 2026, both dates inclusive.
2. This promotion is open to individuals who simultaneously qualify as “POYA App Digital Members” and “Cathay Pacific’s Cathay members” (“Eligible Members”).
3. Promotion Mechanism: During the promotion period, Eligible Members who complete an “Asia Miles” points exchange (earn or redeem) via the POYA App will receive one lucky draw entry for miles. By participating in other “cross-partner points exchange” (earn or redeem) via the POYA App, Eligible Members will receive an additional one lucky draw entry. One member will be drawn in the promotion, and the prize is 14,000 miles. Each Eligible Member may receive a maximum of two lucky draw entries in total during the promotion period.
4. Winner will be selected by a computerized random draw. The winner list will be announced on the POYA official website on 20 August 2026.
5. Winner should refer to the promotion page on the POYA official website for details regarding prize redemption and applicable tax requirements.
6. The 14,000 Asia Miles will be credited to the Eligible Member’s account on or before 15 October 2026. The member’s Cathay Pacific’s Cathay membership account must remain valid at the time the miles are credited.
7. Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd, Asia Miles Ltd and POYA International Co., Ltd. reserve the right to change or terminate this promotion and amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice
8. In case of any disputes, the decision of Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd, Asia Miles Ltd and POYA International Co., Ltd. shall be final.
