    1. The Offer is only applicable to new students of Crimson Education, and each Customer can enjoy the offer once only.
    2. An appointment for the consultation in advance with Crimson Education is required in order to unlock the Asia Miles rewards.
    3. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, offers, or coupons, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
    4. The Offer is only applicable to enrollment in Crimson Core Consultation Programs. All à la carte services are strictly excluded from this promotion.
    5. The final eligible transaction amount and the eligible Asia Miles will be subject to the final signed enrollment form.
    6. Asia Miles rewards are only applicable to enrollment forms settled via a one-off full payment. Split payments, installments, or outstanding balances are not eligible for this promotion.
    7. Asia Miles will be credited to the provided Cathay membership account 4-6 weeks after each successful transaction completion.
    8. In the event of disputes, the decision of Asia Miles Limited, Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and Crimson Education shall be final and conclusive.
    9. Asia Miles Limited is not the exclusive business partner of Crimson Education. The offers provided under this agreement are available only to Cathay members. Crimson Education bears no responsibility for the arrangements concerning Cathay members; Crimson Education is only responsible for the quality of the products and/or services it provides.
