How long is the Wi-Fi available for?

You can use Wi-Fi for the duration of the flight – connectivity begins when the aircraft reaches 10,000ft, and ends when the aircraft descends below this altitude. Please note there may be some areas of outage due to government regulations or a lack of coverage. The 1-Hour Pass is also available if you wish to be connected for a shorter period.
