Can I cancel my ticket? Can I get a refund?
Yes, a completely unused ticket can be cancelled for a service fee of USD120 or 17,000 Asia Miles providing this is done prior to the ticket expiry date. The balance of Asia Miles used to claim the award(s) will then be credited to your membership account. Airport taxes and fuel surcharges will be refunded to the original payment credit card. For details, please refer to Change, cancel or refund your flight page.
Alternatively, since flight awards are usually valid for one year from the date of issue, you can change your travel dates online for a fee of USD50 or 7,500 Asia Miles. A booking and ticketing service fee of USD40 or 6,000 Asia Miles will be charged per booking, per occurrence, if you change your booking through channels other than online self-service. Change requests should be made prior to your original departure date and are subject to award seat availability.
