System outage at London Heathrow

Check-in and processing times at the airport may be longer than usual. This is due to the technical issue experienced by Collins Aerospace, whose system supplies a number of airlines across Europe, including London Heathrow.

To help ensure a seamless travel experience, we kindly ask that you complete online check-in and obtain your digital boarding pass before arriving at the airport. This will help streamline your bag drop process at our check-in counters.

Please note, the vast majority of flights at Heathrow are operating as normal, but we encourage passengers to check the status of their flight and please check-in online before travelling to the airport. To avoid congestion in terminals we encourage passengers arrive no earlier than three hours for long-haul flights.
