Lounge admittance
We follow the legal age definition in local laws and policies of lounge operators for alcohol consumption and lounge admission. Definition of legal age may vary across different countries. For passengers under the legal age and travelling alone, our airport teams will arrange for an alternative option when necessary.

Note on First class lounges: Passengers offered complimentary upgrades to First class are not entitled to First class lounge access, unless access is otherwise available based on eligible frequent flyer programme tier (for example, Diamond members will be entitled entry to First class lounge regardless of class of travel). Customers originally booked in Business class and upgraded to First class will be entitled entry to the Business class lounge. Shekou Cruise Home Port lounge access is only available to eligible passengers flying with Cathay Pacific.
*With the reopening of The Wing, First at Hong Kong International Airport, we anticipate strong demand from our members and passengers. To maintain a consistently high standard of service during this initial period, we temporarily invite First class passengers travelling on other oneworld (non-Cathay Pacific operated) flights to visit The Pier, First, or other Cathay Pacific and oneworld lounges.
