I haven’t registered for Auto Messaging. Why do I still receive a flight delay message for my flight?

As a special service for all passengers, you will be notified of any delays (of more than 30 minutes) or cancellations of Cathay Pacific and Dragonair flights regardless of your notiFLY subscription.

Members of The Marco Polo Club and Asia Miles should remember to update their contacts in the member profile.

Non-members should update the valid contacts in Manage My booking.
