1. What happens if my baggage got delayed or damaged?
Our liability for any loss, delay or damage to baggage is limited unless a higher value is declared in advance and additional charges are paid. Please file a report with our Baggage Services Counter located at the Arrivals Hall prior to customs clearance in case of a baggage delay / damage. Check out our Baggage Information for more details regarding delayed/damaged baggage.
2. Is it possible for me to track my delayed baggage after reporting to your staff?
We enter the baggage details of all passengers into the WorldTracer Tracing System. Hence, you can do baggage tracing online with your 10-character reference code. Go to the WorldTracer website for Cathay Pacific if you wish to trace your baggage.
