「國泰青年探索家」是國泰每年與宋慶齡基金會合作舉辦的文化交流項目。旨在透過沉浸式的文化體驗和以航空為主題的學習活動，促進香港青少年深入認識祖國的歷史文化，打造了一個開拓視野、提升個人素質、增進文化認同的青少年發展平台。

參加者將親身探索中國的蓬勃發展，特別聚焦航空業的創新與成就，從而加深對國家歷史、發展的認識，並拓展國際視野。透過於具啟發性的地點及文化遺址展開獨特旅程，同時加強內地與香港青少年的交流，培養青少年對國家歷史、現況及未來潛力的綜合素養。
