What happens after my complimentary Diamond membership ends?

At the end of the year, if you do not earn 1,200 Status Points to renew your Diamond status, your membership status will change on 1 February of the following year. For details, please refer to Starting on 1 January 2027, when will my membership status expire?

To continue enjoying Diamond benefits, you must either: 

• Earn at least 1,200 Status Points during the year to renew Diamond status;
• Or claim another complimentary membership (if you have one available).
