In view of the developing situation in the Middle East, all Cathay Pacific flights to and from Dubai have been cancelled up to and including 30 April 2026.
Customers affected by this change who have not already received a message from Cathay Pacific are advised to check the latest status of their booking via Manage Booking.
Our ticket waiver policy is in place to provide additional choice and flexibility. Customers booked to travel between Hong Kong and Dubai up to 31 May 2026 may rebook, reroute or refund their tickets without the usual fees.
Customers who purchased their ticket through a travel agent or third-party website are asked to contact them directly to rearrange their travel dates or request a refund. Customers who booked through Cathay Pacific (on our website, mobile app or through Customer Care), please contact our Customer Care team, who’ll be happy to assist with booking a new flight. For refund requests, customers are asked to go to Manage Booking.
We’re continuing to monitor the situation closely. Further changes to our flight schedule may be needed in the coming days with the safety of our customers and people being our first priority.
