Lilyan specialises in authentic soba noodles made from carefully selected Japanese buckwheat flour. Fragrant and smooth, the gluten-free soba noodles are crafted without wheat flour and prepared according to three essential rules – freshly ground, freshly beaten and freshly boiled – to achieve a deep, rich flavour. As well as the original Juwari Soba, diners can enjoy the noodles with Japanese, Western, and Chinese flavoured sauces. In addition, there is a selection of Japanese wines, sake and appetisers.
