Is there a time limit for a refund?

In general, EE Bus cross-boundary coach tickets cannot be refunded within 2 hours before departure. You can cancel your coach booking within 2 hours before departure, but no refund for the ticket will be given. In the event of a Cathay Pacific flight cancellation or delay, or a cross-boundary coach cancellation, you can apply for a refund through our WeChat mini programme or submit the bus ticket refund form on our website. We will check the request details and fully refund the ticket amount to your original payment account within 7 calendar days of receiving the application.
