    What should I do if I want to rebook my coach ticket on my scheduled departure day?

    You can only rebook or refund your cross-boundary coach ticket with EE Bus up to 2 hours before your scheduled departure. You can purchase a new ticket on EE Bus’ official ticketing platform or standby for an EE Bus servicing the same route on the original coach departure day. Seat is subject to availability. If you would like to inquire about the seat availability, please check the official WeChat account of EE Bus or call their customer service hotline.
