Wagyu Yakiniku Ichiro is the first in Hong Kong to introduce the concept of yakiniku shinkansen. Named after Japan’s high-speed train network, the innovative contactless dining experience allows you to enjoy the freshest wagyu beef speedily and hygienically, with dishes delivered through a “Shinkansen bullet train” system straight from the kitchen to your table.

As well as a selection of all-you-can-eat wagyu set menus with US, Australian and award-winning Japanese beef, you can also choose other premium cuts of meat and grilled dishes as well as fresh seafood, sashimi and sushi.
