Paul Lafayet was founded in 2010 by Toni Younes, out of his longing for a taste of home and fond memories of his favourite pâtisserie in France. At the time, fine French pastries could only be found in a few five-star hotels in Hong Kong: Toni saw an opportunity and seized it.
Since opening its first shop at K11 Art Mall, Paul Lafayet has grown steadily to 12 retail boutiques (all in Grade-A shopping centres) and a central kitchen. Today, it has served over 1.5 million customers and sold over 5 million of its signature crème brûlées.
