Highlights

  1. MoneyBack/Cathay members must register to link their MoneyBack and Cathay membership accounts via the MoneyBack App.  A single MoneyBack account can only be linked to one Cathay membership account, and vice versa.
  2. MoneyBack/Cathay members can convert MoneyBack Points to Asia Miles via MoneyBack Mobile App.
  3. MoneyBack/Cathay members can convert Asia Miles to MoneyBack Points via Moneyback App or https://www.cathaypacific.com/cx/en_HK/our-partners/miles-conversion/moneyback.html.
  4. To convert MoneyBack Points into Asia Miles, the regular initial conversion amount is 1,500 MoneyBack Points for 300 Asia Miles.
  5. To convert Asia Miles into MoneyBack Points, the regular initial conversion amount is 2,000 Asia Miles for 4,250 MoneyBack Points.
  6. A maximum of 30,000 MoneyBack Points in total can be converted to 6,000 Asia Miles each month.
  7. A maximum of 30,000 Asia Miles can be converted to 63,750 MoneyBack Points each day.
  8. MoneyBack Points / Asia Miles conversion transaction will appear on your MoneyBack / Cathay membership account upon completion of each transaction.
  9. All transactions are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-reversible. Members should contact the Moneyback’s customer services at 21872277 to cancel lost cards. 
  10. MoneyBack and Asia Miles Limited are not liable for any loss of MoneyBack Points or Asia Miles resulted from the loss of MoneyBack/ Cathay membership cards.
