When you think of idyllic yoga retreats, it’s likely that Bali – with its enchanting temples, sandy beaches, and lush rice terraces – comes to mind. With locations in Tegallalang and Ubud, Oneworld Retreats has been hosting authentic Ayurvedic yoga retreats and detox programmes since 2003.

The brand offers seven-day all-inclusive yoga retreats throughout the year, designed to help guests harmonise their yin and yang energies through daily yoga, meditation and mindfulness practices. Each day begins with a morning vinyasa yoga session and ends with an evening yin yoga session. In between, enjoy relaxing spa treatments such as a warm oil massage that balances the chakras, or an Ayurvedic facial that cleanses, steams and exfoliates skin. You’ll also have the chance to experience a traditional Balinese ceremony and take part in a Balinese cooking class.
