4 restaurants to try in December at the Cathay Pacific Culinary Fest

We’ve partnered with some of Hong Kong’s most beloved restaurants to bring you member-exclusive tasting menus for the Cathay Pacific Culinary Fest, from now until 31 December. 

Alto Bar & Grill 

High above Causeway Bay’s V Point, Alto is a sleek haven for steak lovers. In a dining room adorned with designer Tom Dixon’s signature Melt lights, diners can sample exquisite grilled delights, including Japanese green tea-fed pork chop and dry-aged ribeye. Or opt for a beef-centric Cathay Pacific-exclusive menu, which features elevated renditions of classics like roasted bone marrow and beef Wellington. After the meal, ascend to their rooftop terrace for a cheeky cocktail and sweeping views of the city.

Giovanni Pina Ristorante, Bar & Pasticceria 

At this cosy, century-old Italian chain , heritage is baked into every aspect of the menu, including a selection of famous pastries and desserts. As part of the Cathay Pacific Culinary Fest, Cathay Pacific's Cathay members can take a journey to Italy with a four-course set meal at Giovanni Pina’s Central branch.

Harbourside Grill 

This elegant French steakhouse at Harbour City is best known for its panoramic view of the Hong Kong skyline and premium cuts of dry- and wet-aged beef cooked over Japanese charcoal on a Josper grill. Try signature dishes from the three-course seasonal specials menu, available at a special price for Cathay Pacific's Cathay members.

Voynich  

Enter through Voynich’s emerald doors, and you’ll be transported into a playful, elegant dining space with rooms inspired by James Bond’s cars, chessboard-themed spaces and a terrace modelled on a Turkish getaway hot air balloon.
