Protect your data from phishing scams

Phishing is the fraudulent practice of sending emails or creating a website claiming to be from reputable companies or staff in order to lure targets to reveal personal information, such as passwords, credit card numbers and account information. Over the years, phishing emails have been sent that target Cathay Pacific customers and misuse our company name.

These emails and web pages attempt to deceive customers into providing sensitive information through their participation in fraudulent surveys promising cash rewards and / or accessing fraudulent websites in which the URL can change quite frequently. If you see or receive one of these messages, do not open attachments or provide personal details or financial information in an email.
