We are currently enhancing security protocols across our network. Cathay Pacific's Cathay Green members with no prior travel history in Cathay Pacific account, as well as members of our oneworld airline partners or other frequent flyer programmes, will require extra verifications to ensure appropriate protection of flight bookings once booking is confirmed.
To guarantee a seamless experience, we recommend all customers to add their Cathay Pacific's Cathay or oneworld membership number at the time of booking.
