What should I do if I lose my Cathay Pacific’s Cathay membership card?

You can access your Cathay Pacific’s Cathay membership card by signing in to your account on our website or mobile app. If you are a Silver member or above, you can also request a replacement physical membership card for a service fee of USD20 or 2,000 Asia Miles by visiting Request physical membership card. You should receive your replacement card within two to four weeks.
