I transferred the Asia Miles to my connected Traveller, but he/she cannot see them after receiving the notification email. Why is that?
Transferred Asia Miles should appear in the Traveller's Cathay Pacific account within 24 hours of the transfer request. If the transferred miles do not appear within this time frame, please contact us for assistance.
