Yes, Cathay Pacific’s Cathay member can purchase extra baggage for themselves or others with Miles Plus Cash*.

*Please note Miles Plus Cash payments are not available for:

  • Purchases made at airports in India and Nepal
  • Extra baggage purchases on certain itineraries involving flights marketed by other airlines
  • Overweight charges for baggage over 32kg / 70lbs
  • Oversized baggage charges
