Travel Wallet

1. “Travel Points” are available to holders of eligible cards issued by Travel Wallet Co., Ltd. and its co-branded card partners.
2. Travel Points are required to convert into 1 Asia Mile.
3. Miles can be converted in blocks of 100 Asia Miles (2,200 Travel Points). The minimum conversion amount is 100 Asia Miles (2,200 Travel Points).
4. The maximum allowable conversion of Travel Points to Asia Miles shall be subject to the usage limits set forth in the Travel Pay Terms and Conditions of Travel Wallet Co., Ltd.
5. Once Asia Miles conversion request has been submitted, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
6. Asia Miles can only be credited to the registered Travel Wallet account holder. Transfers to third parties are not permitted.
7. Each Travel Wallet user is fully responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their submitted Cathay membership number. If the conversion of Travel Points to Asia Miles fails after submission, please verify that the Cathay membership number and English name registered with both Cathay and Travel Wallet are correct. To update your membership number or registered name in Travel Wallet, please contact the Travel Wallet Customer Center.

8. If you delete your Travel Wallet or Cathay account after submitting the conversion request, Asia Miles will not be credited.

9. Upon successful submission with accurate information, the conversion of Travel Points into Asia Miles may take up to 5 working days.
10. The eligibility and conditions for mileage conversion may be changed without prior notice due to operational reasons of Cathay, Asia Miles, or Travel Wallet Co., Ltd.
11. In case of any dispute, the decision of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited, and Travel Wallet Co., Ltd. will be final.
12. Asia Miles earned through this service are subject to the Cathay Membership Programme Terms and Conditions.

        For The Promotion Offer

1. The 18May - 31July 2026 Points Conversion Campaign (Korea) (“Promotion Offer”) provided by Asia Miles Limited (“AML”) and Travel Wallet is valid from 18 May 2026, 09:00 to 31 July 2026, 23:59 (GMT+9), both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2. This Promotion Offer is only applicable to members holding Eligible Points from Travel Wallet Korea (“Selected Members”).
3. Under the Promotion Offer, Selected Members who fulfill the following requirements (“Eligible Members”) can enjoy 10% additional Asia Miles (“Bonus Miles”) and may also receive e-gifts:
   i. Members who register for the campaign through the Travel Wallet app and convert their Travel Wallet Points (“Points”) into Asia Miles during the Promotion Period in Korea will receive an additional 10% Bonus Miles.
   ii. The first 200 members who register for the campaign through the Travel Wallet app and make a single conversion of 1,000 Asia Miles or more during the Promotion Period in Korea will each receive a Starbucks Americano (Tall) e-gift voucher.
4. In cases where the information submitted by members is incorrect or insufficient for the purpose of delivering the Promotion Offer, AML and Travel Wallet shall not be liable for any compensation after 31 August 2026.
5. Eligible Members can check with Travel Wallet directly for the list of Points (“Eligible Points”). There is no limit to the number of conversions or the amount of points that can be converted within the Promotion Period.
   
   For Miles Conversion, Bonus Miles, and Gifts
6. The processing of Miles Conversion (including Bonus Asia Miles) from Travel Wallet may take up to 5 working days. AML accepts no liability for failure or delays in the provision of the Promotion Offer to the Eligible Members for any reason beyond AML’s control.
7. The Starbucks Americano (Tall) e-gift voucher will be provided once per Eligible Member during the Promotion Period. AML or Travel Wallet will send the voucher via SMS, MMS, or KakaoTalk message to the mobile phone number registered with Travel Wallet or Cathay Membership account within 10 working days after the qualifying conversion record has been verified.
8. The Starbucks e-gift voucher may be provided in digital form via barcode or URL link. The validity period, redemption method, and other detailed terms and conditions will be specified in the message sent to the Eligible Member.
9. Members are responsible for ensuring that the mobile phone number registered in their Travel Wallet or Cathay member profile is up-to-date and able to receive messages prior to submitting the conversion request. In addition, the Eligible Member’s Cathay membership account must remain valid throughout the Promotion Period and Bonus Asia Miles fulfilment period. Failing this, AML reserves the right to forfeit the Promotion Offer. AML and Travel Wallet shall not be responsible for any failure to receive the Starbucks e-gift voucher due to an incorrect or inactive mobile phone number, and no reissuance, compensation, or other remedy will be provided.
10. The Bonus Asia Miles and Starbucks e-gift vouchers provided under this Promotion Offer are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunds, or other products or services.
11. For enquiries regarding receipt of the Starbucks e-gift voucher, please contact the Travel Wallet Customer Service Centre or Cathay Pacific Customer Care.
    
    General Terms and Conditions
12. AML and the Travel Wallet reserve the right to vary, extend, terminate and/or cancel this Promotion Offer or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any benefit or promotional offer for Eligible Members is subject to availability and AML and Travel Wallet may change such offer at their sole discretion from time to time without notice to Eligible Members. In case of any disputes, AML and the Travel Wallet’ decision shall be final and conclusive.
13. In case of discrepancy between the English version and Korean translation of these terms and conditions, the Korean version shall prevail.
