The JING team worked with a teamaker in Fujian province, creating this sparkling tea specifically to be enjoyed at 35,000 feet. Fresh jasmine flowers were laid out on rolled green tea leaves for five days before the leaves were cold-brewed and carbonated. As such, this complex beverage combines a deep green tea base with the sweet aroma of jasmine and subtle fruit notes.
