If you wish to change to another seat on the same flight, you can easily make changes in Manage Booking. However, if you have a paid seat reservation and need to change to a different chargeable seat type, please contact Customer Care for assistance. Alternatively, you can change to any available preferred seat or regular seat during online check-in.
If you’re changing your flight or travel dates, your seat reservation can be modified together with your flight booking within the same route. If you make changes to your flight booking online, please contact Customer Care to transfer your paid seat reservation to your new flight. However, please note seat selection will be subject to the availability of the requested seat on your new flight.
If you change your flight booking to another route or cancel your booking, your paid seat reservation will be forfeited, and no refund will be provided for the corresponding fee.
