What will happen if my account is inactive for 18 months?
- Under the new expiry rule, starting from 1 January 2020, you will be able to keep your Asia Miles account active so long as you earn or use your Miles once every 18 months*.
(Remarks: *For all new Miles earned from 1 January 2020, the Miles expiry date is automatically extended by 18 months from your last Miles crediting or debiting date. All Miles credited on or before 31 December 2019 will continue to follow the former Miles expiry arrangement.) - We encourage you to make any transaction through earning or redeeming at your earliest convenience in order to reactivate your account. If not, your Miles will be expired.
