How to book flight tickets with Miles Plus Cash
Use your Cathay membership details to sign in.
Once you select your preferred flight, proceed to the payment page and choose Miles Plus Cash.
Use the slider bar or enter in the amount of miles you want to use.
Pay the remaining balance in cash, and you'll instantly receive your confirmed ticket.

How to purchase travel extras with Miles Plus Cash
Use your Cathay membership details to sign in.
Once you have added travel extras to your booking, proceed to the payment page and choose Miles Plus Cash.
Use the slider bar or enter in the amount of miles you want to use.
Pay the balance in cash and enjoy your trip with travel extras.
Alternatively, you may contact Customer Care or speak to our customer service team at the airport to purchase travel extras with Miles Plus Cash.
*Please note Miles Plus Cash payments are not available for:
- Purchases made at airports in India and Nepal
- Extra baggage purchases on certain itineraries involving flights marketed by other airlines
- Overweight charges for baggage over 32kg / 70lbs
- Oversized baggage charges
